Hi,
take "debug ccsip message" with "term mon" then make an incoming call to AA from outside.
07-13-2008 03:55 AM
Hi,
I did not get any debug output for first time when i tried .it was because that default incoming call was going to port 0/3/1 and operator was no geting cals coming to that port .after shuting down that interface only i got debug output.I cannot understand what is problem with port 0/3/1.
output attached.it is going to AA when cals come to other ports.

Hi, does the line work if you connect a phone to it ?
Note, you should use trunk-group to reduce the number of DPs. you have.

There is no dial tone when I connect phone.I have told telecom people to check the line.Is there any way to check the physical line problem using any of the show commands in router.I have no idea about how to create trunk group.please help me to create trunk group.

Hi,
no dialtone = bad line, have it repaired.
To configure trunkgrup, define trunk-gruop with a name of yourlikeing under each voice-port. Then use a singe Dp that references that instead of port.
