I have a Cisco 877 router on a remote site, connected to an ADSL service servicing 5 users. It has been working fine except till lately; it started to drop out, currently it drops out an average of 3-4 times a day. Our provider has done different tests in the line and have found no issues with it. What i found strange is the "Total output drops" value from the "show int atm0" command, which is shown below, after one hour it was last rebooted. It seems that the external buffers are not coping with the traffic going thru...

Can someone please assist with what will be the right way to minimise the traffic going thru this interface? This router is connected to the main site LAN by an site-to-site tunnel (ipsec) so i still need to allow netbios and microsoft-ds traffic across this link.
