Any body help me?

CDR insert (as the name says) is the service that inserts flat files into CDR DB

CAR loadres is the service that takes the CDR info and loads it into ART

load for CDR is handled by enterprise parameter: CDR File Time Interval

for CAR it's configured under the CAR tool itself

Can I stop CDR load for this page?

Forexample,I can say that CDR is used for saving all information of calls.

And what is the purpose of the ART?

CDR is raw data from calls (usually used for 3rd party billing), ART is for CAR usage

Is it safe proccess? Will CDR work fine after this ?

I want to save CDR as it works now. But I have a doubt, what is the defference between disable all CAR service and onlu CDR load?

i already answered this on the 2nd response

CDR can work without CAR services

CAR CANNOT work without CDR services

CDR is raw data that is then migrated to CAR if configured. independent DBs
