Can you provide more information?

What version of Call Manager or CME? What is IOS version on VG224? How is the VG224 configured? SCCP or H323?

Can you provide us with a copy of your configuration?

FYI:

Here is the Configuration Guides for the Vg200 serious gateways.

Not really.

You should have another router that connects to PSTN, I'd like to see "show controllers T1" and "show network-clocks" from it.

For what I can tell thus far the VG224 looks correct. The next thing to check is to ensure that your PRI gateway is configured correctly. Make sure that you have no slip errors on the voice gateways. If so, your missing your clocking statements.

Here is an example:

network-clock-participate slot 1

network-clock-select 1 T1 1/0/0

any thoughts on adding dids to CCM?

We originally had a pool then ran short then added more however I cant dial in to the new group but can dial out...

Its possible that you need to setup a translation pattern for the DIDS. For example, Telco is sending you 10 digits, but your internal extensions are 4 digits. If your gateway is setup to accept 10 digits, then a translation will need to be created to take teh digits down from 10 to four and send it to the correct destination.

I hope this helps...

You mean you can dial into the new DIDs.

1. Have you configured them on your phones

2. What protocol are you using on your Voice gateway. If you are using H.323 you need to create dial-peers for the DID.

3. If the Dial-peers have been configured, when you place a test call to the DIDs, can you trun on

debug isdn q.931 on your gateway...

send the output of the debugs here.
