Can you provide more information?

What version of Call Manager or CME? What is IOS version on VG224? How is the VG224 configured? SCCP or H323?

Can you provide us with a copy of your configuration?

FYI:

Here is the Configuration Guides for the Vg200 serious gateways.

did my post answer your question?

Not really.

You should have another router that connects to PSTN, I'd like to see "show controllers T1" and "show network-clocks" from it.

oops you beat me to the punch..

For what I can tell thus far the VG224 looks correct. The next thing to check is to ensure that your PRI gateway is configured correctly. Make sure that you have no slip errors on the voice gateways. If so, your missing your clocking statements.

Here is an example:

network-clock-participate slot 1

network-clock-select 1 T1 1/0/0

looks like ccm was misconfigured, missing the subscribe calling search space.

That will do it..

any thoughts on adding dids to CCM?

We originally had a pool then ran short then added more however I cant dial in to the new group but can dial out...
