Thumbnail image on 7975-7965-7945

While modifying the image on the above models we are able to see the full size image and also able display it on the phone screen.But when we check the thumbnail view its not getting populated.

For 7975

thumbnails are 80*16 or something...i dont remember the thumbnail sizes...but they are not the same size as the actual full size image

i agree with shanky, check the size of the images

Yes I have created two different sizes

for full view : 320x212

and for thumb : 80x53

The full view image is successfull.But the thumbnail view still having the problems

One more query ?

Is there any way to edit the default images on the phones ( 7975/7965/7945 )and push another image to the whole Ip phones ?

is the name exactly the same in the List.xml and the file?? remember linux is case sensitive

check that out and restart the TFTP. also make sure the files are in the right directory

a tool for bulk push of background will be available for 7.0 release but unfortunately there is none right now
