I am use laptop via internet to ASA anyconnect to my company network then launch ip communicator to call IP Phone 7941 but cann't hear 7941's voice.
Does any suggestion?

The ASA is blocking UDP. Either configure ASA to let UDP pass, or use VPN client on the PC.

The problem is that your audio path is using the wrong adapter
You need to change the Network adapter that your audio connection is using to that of the VPN adapter you are using to connect to your callmanager.
To do this do the following:
Right click on Ip communicator>preferencines>audio>network>
Uder audio IP address,click the radio button that says " use this adapter's adress and select the VPN adapter/ the right adapter from the drop down list.
