CCX HR client login failure after Anti Virus installed on CCX server

Anyone have an issue after installing AV on the CCX server where users could no longer log into the HR client? This is CCX 5.0(2) with CCM 6.1x non-HA

I have this problem too.

Do a full uninstall and re-install of the Historical Reports client on PC. Make sure the Historical Reports client is listed as an exception on the proxy server configuration for the PC.

Anti-virus software that is running will block Historical Reports communication.

Make sure your AV software is supported and present in the compatibility matrix.
