Hi Alan,
Here is the related info for CCM 5.x MoH this new methodology is also valid for CCM 6.x;
You can manage the audio files that the Music On Hold feature uses as audio sources. The Media Resources > MOH Audio File Management menu option allows the administrator to perform the following functions:
â¢Display a list of the MOH audio files that are stored on the system.
â¢Upload new MOH audio files.
â¢Delete MOH audio files.
To upload an MOH audio source file that does not display in the drop-down list box, click the Upload File button. In the Upload File popup window that displays, enter the path to a file that specifies an audio source file. If you do not know the path and file name, search for the file by clicking the Browse... button to the right of the File field. After you locate the audio source file, click the Upload button to complete the upload. After the audio file gets uploaded, the Upload Result window tells you the result of the upload. Click Close to close this window.

Were you able to find this out? If you don't have the original wav file, and needed to download it from CCM 5.x or 6.x, can you try to "file get" it? I haven't had any luck.
Thanks,
Kevin

From the ssh command line:
To list files:
file list activelog mohprep
To download the file to a secureftp server:
file get activelog mohprep\Filename.wav

there is no documentation with that, you need to browse thru the folders using the file list command if you want to see what's in each folder
