Check the integrations in Unity to make sure the ports are set up correctly. i.e. go into Start > Programs > Unity > Manage Integrations, click on the cluster and check the dialout MWI checkbox is selected.
Can you switch on/off the MWI via the numbers?
Have you selected the same on/off extension in "manage integrations" as you have in callmanager?

Thanks alot Kingtim1st,
I have actually selected the same on/off extension for the Unity as it is the same for UCM.
Please can you explain what you mean switch on and off the MWI via numbers?
I will do what you said in the 1st paragraph.
Thanks alot.

Basically, the numbers you've configured in CallManager act as a trigger to turn MWI on/off on the phones. If you dial the on switch on one of you phones it should turn on the light? You can then turn it off via the "off" dir number....

Thanks Kingtim1st,
The turning off and on off the MWI worked but how where do I have to set the MWI to automatically turn on when there is a voice message left on phones.
Thanks in advance.

Ok, I've attached everything to make it easier. Make sure the intergration is configured properly either via the START menu (unity > manage integrations etc.) or from Unity Admin.
Check the box "use MWI for message notification" in the default template and make sure all the ports are configured.
You can add multiple MWI extensions by adding more internal numbers into the "extension" list. The "X" specifies the number of the subscriber and nothing else.

Thank you v-much, sorry I was only joking!
This is probably the most relavent document for the templates. Look at "Subscriber Template Messages Settings" and this explains the MWI activation.
Thanks again, good luck....

Hi,
Check your Partition and Calling Search Space of users and MWI.

Hi,
Had the same problem here, if you checked the whole trouble shooting tips on this DOC:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity/405/troubleshooting/guide/ex/tsg_0500.html
then try to delete the integration and add it again the MWI will work for sure, it solved my problem.
best of luck
