Granting Help Desk restricted access to switches through GUI

We are looking for the best way to grant restricted access to our Help desk so they troulbeshoot port security issues. They are requesting a GUI interface. Someone mentioned Cisco Network Assistant. I don't know much about this product. We own Cisco Works LMS.

I dont know if we can give a restricted access to the switches through LMS.

Any ideas or comments are greatly appreciated.

You can give restricted access to Help Desk users in CiscoWorks LMS. You can simply create users in LMS, and give them only the default Help Desk role. They will be able to run LMS reports, and launch CiscoView to look at devices.
