Hi Friends,

I have installed cisco security manager 3.1.1 with RME version 4.0.5

I have problem while adding ASA 55xx devices in RME. I get the error

" CM0056 Config fetch failed for Bangalore ASA Cause: CM0204 Could not create DeviceContext for 9 Cause: CM0206 Could not get the config transport implementation for 147.183.224.5 Cause: UNKNOWN Action: Check if required device packages are available in RME. Action: Check if protocol is supported by device and required device package is installed. "

While checking I found the some of the RME packaged to be installed and I tried installing the packages but failed.

When i try to check the installation status in log file I get the error

" Problem with File /WEB-INF/screens/psu/ActivityLog2.jsp!!!835 "

Also I get the PIX & ASA image out of sync error.

Processing PIX 515E

No running image information in inventory.

Processing ASA

SWIM0013: Image Import Operation is not supported.

can anyone help me to solve this issues.

Thanks,

Chandru

CM0204:

Error message - Could not create Device Context for the device

Possible cause - Device package may not exist

Action to be taken - Check whether the required device packages are available in RME.

CM0206:

Error message - Could not create Device Context for the device

Possible cause - Device package may not exist

Action to be taken - Check whether the required device packages are available in RME.

I could able to resolve the issue by updating the RME patches.

But I can't see the existing VPN's in security manager console after I import the devices from DCR. Can some one help to resolve the issue.
