I have attached the parts I need to order to upgrade out CAT6506 and CAt6509. Can someone doa sanity check to see if I have missed anything. I have added a line card to improve switching speed.

Your list looks good. The main things that you needed to cover was the fan2 tray, and 2500W or higher power supplies. Good luck with the upgrade!
