Hi,
I'm using HSRP between two routers on a management LAN. I would like to provide in DHCP failover between the routers (2x 1841). Is such a function possible?
For example: Only allow DHCP requests to be answered by the active HSRP router, which then synchronises the dhcp lease table to its passive neighbor...

Hi,
You cannot do this with a cisco router, its primary function for your lan should be routing.
If you want this functionality then make an internal server the dhcp server, ths way only the active hsrp router will forward request, via ip helper address, to the internal dhcp server, and this will give you your redundancy.
