Trying to do a graceful shutdown on the WAAS box and it's telling me I need su rights. I know I have admin privileges, so I'm not sure what is it looking for. v4.0.19

Michael,
Admin rights should be go enough. Can you send me the details on the account you're using (where it was created, accounts settings, 'sh users admin' output, etc.)?
Thanks,
Zach

I use either the banner or mlanderson account.
ALASKA#sh users admin
UID PRIVILEGE USERNAME
0 15 admin
2001 15 banner
2002 15 dharden
0 15 mlanderson
It authenticates against my AD creditials via CSACS

I tried to recreate your problem in the lab, but was unsuccessful. Did this previously work prior to the 4.0.19 upgrade? Can you share some additional details on how the ACS account is configured?
Thanks,
Zach
