Incorrect time displayed on Ip phone, have checked the time on CCM , it is correct. also the PC & Ip phone time is different. what needs to be done to have the ip phone display the time as the PC.

I have checked that too, also i have checked the NTP setting on the Gateway, they are correct. Is there some other place I need to check as the clock is 6 min fast only on the ip phones & not on the PC.

can you be more specific on what "different" means?
-Do you mean it's off by an hour exactly?
-Is it off by some other increment of time, like 45 minutes
If it's off by an hour (or some other increment of hours), probably a timezone issue.
