Superivsor password recovery IPCC 3.5

I have a user that does not remember the supervisor desktop password. I have tried the default of the userid as the password. Is there a way to recover or default this password? I get the same error when I try to log in as the user from another installation of the supervisor desktop app.

Basically you need to go to LDAP to find out which user is Administrator and login Appadmin by using that user.
