CUCMBE 6 - weird things happening

A phone call goes to Unity Connection Auto Attendant, and is forwarded to a users extension via the dial by extension rule. While the phone is ringing, every phone in the office chimes and at the bottom of the display it says

Voicemail -> Username

Any idea where i might begin to look for this?

I have this problem too.

you probably have configured the pickup group notification, might be a good place to start looking

ok.. i just realized it does it when you dial extension to extension also. hah.

anyone know how to turn this off?

wow, i think you're dead on. i turned it on earlier and wasn't sure exactly what it was. i figured it would do something when you hit the pickup softkey. thanks a bunch.
