We have Unity 5.0.I am trying to set up a Call handler based on 2 new schedules I created.The First schedule covers 8am-3pm and second schedule covers 3pm and later.I am trying to point an extension 2222 to ring another extension 1000 during the second schedule and has to go into the same extension's greeting during first schedule. I tried Call Routing Rules and Alternate Extensions. Call Handlers do not let me assign the schedules and set the call flow. Guess the transfer rules need to be disabled somewhere. Please provide any suggestions of accomplishing this.
