ACS reporting

hi,

i'd like to get a user status report. that is userid, name, account created date, last use date. whats the best way to do that?

Hi,

On the Cisco ACS console >> on the left panel there is a tab " Reports and Activity"

Under that you will find all reports like

- Passed Authentications

- Failed Attepmts

- Logged in users

and lot more options.

Unfortunately ACS does not store the account creation date in its DB.

You can get the last authentication date (if you have password aging enabled) from the database, otherwise you have to use accounting data instead.

Take a look at our app - extraxi aaa-reports! which can import the ACS user dataabse directly and report on all this stuff.

Also our new csvsync v3.0 can pull the ACS support cab (incl the DB) right off the ACS server ready for import.
