Resume Call not working

Hi All,

Hopefully you can help here.

I am using CM6 and am having a problem with Resume Call.

It works fine when I resume a call from the same handset that I use to put the other party on hold.

But for a shared line, I cannot hold the call on the assistants phone (phone 1), and pick it up from the Managers phone (Phone 2).

We can do this on our CM4.1 system though.

Anyone know how to fix this?

This is happening due to the old firmware in your ip phone. ie firmware sent OffHook when it received On. might be the this is a old firmware.

I am experiencing the same issue on CP7960 and CP7940 with CCM 6.1.2, but the interesting thing is there is no problem on CP7961 and CP7941.

Any thought??

I actually fixed this on my CM now. I found that I had the Privacy Setting Turned on in the phone settings. (It was set on default). I turned Privacy Off and all worked as expected.

Not sure if this will fix your problem though.
