Hi all,
Does anyone know how to pull CDRs (call logs) from a UC520 to a FTP/SFTP/TFTP server? We have a UC520 and we want to do some billing with the calls.
Thanks,

There are two methods for CDR collection: syslog and radius.
Syslog is simple, but not very complete:

Radius is very complete, but complicated to setup. I'm not putting a link because there are too many.
You cannot use any FTP server, only syslog and/or Radius.
Please rate post if it helps!

I've tried the "syslog" method, but the log is not very appropriate. I could not find any fields to identify the call. Besides, this method gave me a mass of messages and I think that if using this method, I would sink in the mass!!! :(
Do you know how to configure the device to get more appropriate messages?
Thanks,

Hi, as mentioned above, syslog and radius are the only methods, there is no alternative.
However, if you buy a billing software it will take care of all the details and you don't have to do anything.
