Hello,
Is there any way to generate the MARS reports in PDF format? I need to send the reports in a readable compact format to colleagues and customers. The current format brings my Thunderbird mail client to a crawl so I imagine it's too big. If it can't be done, can someone suggest a good free or commercial converter to use (with the print to file option)?

google for "browser plugin free pdf conversion". This one showed up, I've never used so YMMV. There appeared to be others as well.

Yes, I know, thare are many. That's why I asked if anyone could suggest a GOOD one that won't chop off page margins or interpret graphics correctly, etc.,etc. I've tried a few but so far they are all lacking in some aspect. Thanks anyway,

Well, I've had good luck with htmldoc on Linux (http://www.htmldoc.org/). However, I've never tried a complicated page like those produced by MARS. You might try the trial version of Adobe Acrobat and see how it looks.

PDF995 has been around for a while and is free and fully-functional with no expiration. It does have a nag window each time you print, but $10 for a license fixes that. I'm not sure if it plays well with MARS, though.

I use cutePDF printer that was mentioned earlier for exactly what you mentioned. I print monthly reports to PDF files using CutePDF and I don't have any issues with margins etc.
