Hi all,

I am getting the following message when I try a sync archive. Does anyone no what could be the reason. Credentials seems to be all right.

Protocol ==> Telnet

Action: Verify that device is managed, credentials are correct and file system has correct permissions. Increase timeout value, if required. Action: Verify that archive exists for device. CM0060 VLAN RUNNING Config fetch SUCCESS for akl-application, version number 1412 archived.

This problem is usually indicative of a corrupt archive, and removing the device from RME then re-adding it usually solves the issue.
