VoIP issue???

Hi...

We have this issue...any suggestion on how we can resolve this???

1) Network packet loss happened in A end, plus jitter packet discards.

2) Jitter packet discards happened in B end, plus codec loss.

Any suggestions???Anything will be very helpful...

i believe the best solution is to apply QOS and the most important is to monitior the netwrok on daily basis to know the cause of the above
