Try adding the "ip http timeout-policy idle 60 life 86400 requests 10000" command. Assuming that you can ping the router, and SDM is installed correctly things should be working.

Can you ping the router, and the router ping your PC?

yes everything is working fine, this is my internet router, telnet is working, i m managing it via telnet, only SDM is not able to load.

What web browser are you using? Do you have java installed. There are some issues with Vista/IE7 with allowing active content to be ran. Check out this post.
