Getting lots of messages SNMP monitor

We are getting lots of messages like following. I can't figure out the same. Can anybody suggest how to stop this.

CUSTOMER REVISION = 1

These appear to be occurring on a network management tool. If so then you should either disable the reporting of these messages within the network management tool or you will need to disable SNMP traps on the equipment you are monitoring.
