Need help on IVR scripting

Hi, this is the first time I am writing a IVR script. I am having trouble when using Call Consult Transfer, my user required that the phone have the ring tone instead of MOH music when it is connecting. I cannot use redirect call because i will need to have the timeout part to loop back to the begining of the script. Or is it possible to use call redirect set it to onhold state after 3 rings? I have attached part of the script. thank you.
