I need to set up call park, however, when a switchboard operator places a call in a park slot, the park slot must notify the associated DN that there is a call parked for them. Can you accomplish this for example:
Dn number range : 7000-7399
Call Park Number Range 17000-17399
Then add a blf of the assigned call park dn onto a phone, so when an operator puts a call in park, the user will see on their blf that there is a call parked.
Basically need to transfer a call to an extension number, if they are busy it must automatically be put on hold.
I am running CCM 5.1 with Unity and a 2821 no mgcp/srst gateway.
