UCCE IPIVR ports not answering CCX 5.0

Any ideas of why the ports are not answering? coworker is performing test calls to ipivr and call just hits each port. port rna. cluster is in service, ports are registered.

What do you mean by not answering?


Do you have an application loaded for these ports? If yes, on that application, do you have a CMT group configured?

It appears that our other engineer modified these ports from Callmanager and changed the Line settings. In doing so, the line settings override what is already configured in CRS which includes the CMT group. I had the engineer delete all the ports, clean up the route plan report, synch CRS and add them again. Viola! They all worked. He did not understand that you can not modify CCX ports/points from Callmanager that all administration is done through CRS. Thanks.
