Oracle E Business Suite
We have a OTAS (Oracle Telephony App Server) Softphone agent logged in and it can make out bound PSTN calls via our 7961 Ip Phone.
But when a ICM calls comes in and we Q to SG, the call goes into Q.
ICM does not see the Oracle agent available.
Would any one have integrated this before, what are we missing.
Any guidance will be appreciated.
