Problem in CCM

Hello:

We are trying to set up (in lab setting) two CCM 4 and one CCM5 connected as follows:

*LAB SETUP

1. Each CCM is tied to a 2950 sw

2. Each 2950 sw is interconnected by three (3) 2811 router in a triangular fashion (closed loop)

4. Network protocol is ospf, Voice vlan ON. Switches and trunking on Cisco phone and TRUST respectively

5. Each CCM was designed to have 2xxx, 3xxx,4xxx and ALL are Publisher in diiferent network (ccm1=x.x.1.x,ccm2=x.x.5,ccm3=x.x.9.x)

6. Can ping anywhere on the network

7. FXS & FXO modules available on routers but NOT used for gateway

*ISSUE

1. Call routing. Only Extensions within the same CCM can call each other i.e. 2000 to 2010, BUT NOT 2xxx to 3xxx or 4xxx

2. can't create a GW that is using CCM or router's MAC address. After putting this parameter, it always ask for an end point config for a phone (???)

Please help or refer to a proper documentation. MANY THANKS :)

for Q1, have you already created intercluster trunks??

for Q2, where are you doing this???

device -> gateway and just choose the right option of model if using MGCP or directly H323 if using h323

Thank you for the reply.

NO, we did not do clustering as we defined all the CCM as Publisher (they are all in a different network)

We have only SCCP & MGCP presented as selection. we will check your suggestion, meanwhile thank you very much...
