Hello is there a way I can use this software because I cannot connect using my 1600 series router because it is not compatable. Is there a demo mode of the software so that I can practice Thank you

Hi,

I am not clear about your 1600 query.

However if you have CCO ID you can download CNA from the below stated link -

Expand LAN Switches tab

Click on Cisco Catalyst 2950 Series Switches

Click on Cisco Catalyst 2950 12 Switch

Click on Cisco Network Assistant

Yes in fact I already have the software downloaded but I cannot use it since my router is not compatable. What I mean is that cannot access the settings of the CNA and all it tells me when o open the software is to try to connect to a router

Hi,

If you mean to say that you stil want to use CNA to access a 1600 router considering the fact that CNA does not supports 1600 then the answer would be no.
