How do I turn it off on a per user basis. I have already sleted no MOH for the users but still get the default MOH?

CM version 6.1(2)

I have this problem too.

take out the MOH server from the MGRL to which phones get access, the setting under the phone or line is not to set if they can hear MOH or not, but to define what the users they put on hold will hear
