CiscoWorks Bug Toolkit - Bug Summary Report

Just hoping someone might be able to help me see what's wrong here. So I know for a fact that one of the IOSs I have deployed has a bug that I've had activated previously. This IOS is on several routers, however when I run a Bug Summary Report, it reports that there are no bugs on any of my IOSs. What might I be doing wrong here?

What version of RME are you using? Can you post a screenshot showing the report schedule screen?

RME 4.0.6

I've attached a screenshot of what I think you've requested.

Thanks

Make sure you change the "Report Bugs From" date. You may have to go back a while. If you know the specific bug ID, and you're just testing the tool, I can tell you when that bug was filed.

That said, we have had quite a few issues where the Bug Toolkit database on Cisco.com was not populated correctly for all devices. This is why we added the "CCO Bugtoolkit" link in this screen. If you still can't locate your bug using RME, try that link.

That fixed my problem. If I change the date back I can get those statistics. Thanks for your help.
