7940 not registering to our UC520, other phones do

I am sort of new to the phone IP setup and most of the stuff I have learnt so far is self taught or from other colleagues.

My extent with the IP Phones is setting up a UC500 using the CA and then customising the ephones, dn and incoming trucks in the CLI.

This issue I have at the moment is that I upgraded the files CUE and IOS on the UC520 and now new 7940 phones will not automatically register correctly to the UC520 (our 7911 phones will).

The phone seems to

Self test ok

Configures VLAN

Get IP number

Connect to UC520 TFTP server

Download default xml

Load correct file

After that is gets stuck between

Configurating IP and File Not Found SEP001FCA362F40.cnf.xml

I have checked the MAC number and it is correct and checked the files on the unit against the files in the startup config and they appear to be correct. Unsure of the next step

Here is an attached debug file

Confirm that your Cisco IP Phone is not receiving the correct CallManager addresses by using the Settings button on your IP phone and then selecting Network Configuration. Troubleshooting Cisco IP Phone Registration Problems with Cisco CallManager 3.x and 4.x.

did you ever get this resolved. i configure the first five phones fine. i then used the template to do a bulk import. when i plugged in all the other 521 phones they all give me this downloading XMLDefault.cnf.xml and its stuck there. what i noitced is that for some reason it is not picking up the TFTP server IP.
