How to Configure HSRP

Hi,

I want to know how to configure HSRP between Active Router, Standby Router, Active Switch & Standby Switch and tell me how the network connectivity between these devices should be.

You should have layer 3 connectivity between both switches, usually as vlan SVI interfaces trunked across between both switches.

We r using L3 switches in Network how the connectivity between Switch and router should be to implement HSRP.

Hi,We are looking for redundancy between two 6513 switches with SUP32.Can you assist me in knowing

1. Which Protocol I should use? HSRP or GLBP?

2. Can it be configured if I have SUP32?

3. Requirements to configure the suggested protocol.
