CUE transfer-mode attended and ring-back tone

I have a deployment of CCME CUE 3.1 and 4.3, and I use the CUE with transfer-mode attended. In this case when the CUE transmitting an incoming call to a destination, the caller can not hear the ring-back tone. Also in transfer-mode phone that receives the call of CUE does not show the number of the caller.

As I can solve this?

The behavior you have seen with caller id is normal because since cue 2.4 we use "transfer-mode attended" as a default. In the previous cue 2.2.2 or earlier it uses transfer-mode blind. If you want to use the same function as previous cue version then you can add the command "transfer-mode blind bye-also" in cue configuration.

Changing the "transfer-mode blind bye-also" fixed my issue too (CUE version 8.6.6).
