CVP Pulling the call back?

Does this make any sense?

Call Flow:

1. Inbound PSTN call at remote site (local ios voice browser) gets routed to a local agent.

2. Agent puts the caller on hold and the caller is sent back to the CVP script the caller came from.

Survivability.tcl is not setup yet at this site so not sure how this is happening.

Would CVP actually pull a call out and route it somewhere else if while on hold there was a network issue?

At this point in the call, CVP should simply be re-directing the caller's media streams to the MOH server. What you describe is not an expected call flow, especially if there is no survivability yet configured. If you can't figure it out, get a CVP H323 service (Voice Browser) trace with 'setH323Trace on' and we'll take a look.

What happens when a remote agent gets a DID call and puts it on hold?
