Does this make any sense?
1. Inbound PSTN call at remote site (local ios voice browser) gets routed to a local agent.
2. Agent puts the caller on hold and the caller is sent back to the CVP script the caller came from.
Survivability.tcl is not setup yet at this site so not sure how this is happening.
Would CVP actually pull a call out and route it somewhere else if while on hold there was a network issue?
