Please i have diff staffs, and i want top give them diff level of telnet permission.please how will i achieve this witrh line vty ......also please explain all the vty lines. e.g line vty 5 15

As for the line vty, this just means which vty lines can be used to log in over the network with the specified protocol (telnet, ssh, http, https). if you configure line vty 5 15 that means vty lines 5 to 15. If you specify transport input telnet you will allow telnet on those vty lines
