Worrying messages in nvram

Hi,

Hopefully someone can shed some light on this, as some worrying messages have started appear in the nvram on some of my switches (in separate fabrics)

Anyone know what they mean? and/or can they safely be ignored?

Message lines are as follows, and I get these in batches of hundreds then nothing for a bit, then a few hundred more every couple of days:

You should check output of

"show system health statistics"

Check for any fails in the colums to see if its problem with LC or sup.

Also

"show system health internal errors"

If there are CF or inband fails its an LC or sup swap.
