Hi,

I am a new user using CCM 4.3.

I have problem getting DID calls to IP phone, from PSTN and get a busy tone instead.

e.g. the DID number is 65902100 and the line number for phone is 2120, so I am doing a translation in voice gw from 65902100 to 2100, and then using 2100 as destination pattern in voip dial peer.

I can't trace the problem. Is that the case.

I suspect call manager is rejecting the calls.

How do I unable trace logs in CCM, where will i find these logs.

Hi friend,

Be sure how many DID digits are routed from CO to your gateway. If your CO is routing (for example the last 4 digits) then delete your translation and configure your dial-peer to route 21.. to your CCM (assuming you have numbers from 65902100-65902199).

In CCM, under Route Plan menu, configure a Translation Pattern to translate 2100 to 2120.

Hope this helps a little bit.

Regards,

- Adrián.
