Gbic port not functions.

why this happen coz of hardware or software?

Too bad; POST-failures are mostly hardware.

I've got the same issue. To be more specific I found that i went into this issue only when, in a 3560-24P, i insert both sfp.

If i insert only one of them all is working fine

In enable mode, try the command "show post". The results should be "End, Status Passed". If the result comes back as "failed" then you need to RMA the switch.
