outside callers losing credit before phone is attended at the other side

when someone is calling the office, the caller starts loosing the credit even before the phone is attended at the office.

also the call is not getting disconnected even if the call has been disconnected at the other end

please help me

Send the debugs during the call:

debug voip ccapi inout

debug vtsp all

debug vpm signal
