We are experiencing some issue between CUCM 4.1(3) and our recording product NICE. I'm looking inside the CTI traces but actually I don't understand anything. In addition, NICE is asking for the format of Cisco CTI packet (which field is "calling number",which field is "called number"...).
Do you know the format or does a tools (like "triple combo") exist in order to make the traces easier to understand ?
