Can not play back message from the phone

I can't seem to play back message from cisco phone but can play the message back from Exchange. It says "messages are not available now"

Also, the MWI is not indicting I have a message on the phone.

Please, your help is required.

Are there any errors recorded in the application log around the time when you leave a message? What is the version of Unity and the version of Microsoft Exchange?

Yes, they are errors in the appication log.

The errors are Cisco Unity_Doh: Doh logon failed due to messaging component logon error 8004052eH and Cisco Unity_MALEx

The version of the Unity is 5.0 and the exchange is 2003 but both are installed on the same server for unified messaging.

If you haven't done so already, run the Unity permissions wizard. Also, On the security tab of the properties for the mailboxstore in the Exchange System Manager, ensure deny is not checked for "send-as" and "receive-as" rights for the account which the AvCsMgr service is using to log-on as.
