VPN connects LAN disconnects...only using Microsoft VPN, though

Unanswered Question

We've just finished upgrading our network infrastructure. We have upgraded our Cisco ASA to Cisco ASDM 6.1 for ASA. Our users spend a lot of time on other VPNs. After the upgrade, they no longer have access to the local network when they connect to a VPN...Outlook goes down, printing, etc. I've been reading about Enabling Local LAN access, but I'm not sure if that's the right answer because the odd thing is that it only happens with Microsoft VPN. If the users connect using Cisco VPN client, everything works fine, the same as before. Some users are even unable to connect to other VPNs at this point. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
