Are you seeing DTMF failure on calls?  It looks to be triggered by digit events, so if it was anything other than a cosmetic issue, I'd expect DTMF would be intermittently failing.  And if that's the case, it's a bug of some sort, and you may want to consider verifying if the issue is seen on recent IOS (perhaps 15.0(1)M4) and if so, open a TAC SR to diagnose further and get a bug filed.

If it isn't impacting anything, chalk it up as a cosmetic issue and unless you feel compelled I don't see harm in just ignoring the message.

hi,

my main problem is the memory errors that occur after the CCH323 errors

after a while i cant even run a 'sh run' command and affects the use of telephony on the router and have to reboot the router.

average memory usage is 87%

'Cisco 2821 (revision 53.51) with 245760K/16384K bytes of memory.'

please advise

thanks

Once you experience a call loop and high CPU, all bets are off regarding stability of the router.  You will have hung call states, stuck memory, etc.  You need to first prevent your call loop and keep CPU stable before you troubleshoot the other things.

If you need assistance diagnosing potential call loops in your dial plan, please open a TAC SR.
