Does any one have the cisco link where I can download the direct upgrade patch from CCM 5.1.3 to 6.1.2.

I check eveywhere on CCO, but I could not

find it. All the links are from 6.0(1) to 6.1(2).

Please let me know.

you need to ask for the upgrade KIT, the upgrade file you're looking for is not available within CCO

Hi Rohan,

I wondered where you went yesterday :)

There are no Downloadable files available to go from CCM 5.1(3) to CCM 6.1(2) You will have to use the Media you ordered to go from 5.1(3) to 6.0(x) and then use the files you downloaded to go from 6.0.(x) to 6.1(2) or just order the 5.1(3) to 6.1(2) Media via PUT.

Hi Rob,

I was trying to get the media through the cisco channel.

It was a waste of time. By the way, have you

upgraded call manager from 5 to 6. If so did you come across any issues after the upgrade

or do you know if I loose any setting after the upgrade.
