I'd like to know what Supervisor Module will support a WS-X4606-X2 module which has 6 10GB ports.

This particular card requires the 4500-E chassis, and you will want to use the Sup 6-E supervisor.

You will need the X2 transceiver modules for your blade. Here are your available options depending on your current fiber infrastructure.
